On watercolours

Big city blues, A memory from October

The October sky is grey , it's not winter yet but it's getting a little cold. You are heading home at the end of a long tiring day, the only thing you're looking forward to is the comfort of home but on the last underground stop there's this guy playing the accordian adding to the overall melancholy, you stop and soak it all in....here's to you the megician from yesterday evening!

Cycling trip to Rügen island

Said bye to Prash on the 15th afternoon as we drove off to Rügen for a three day bicycle trip. The weather was supposed to be rough but we got lucky, no rain, beautiful lanscape, some amazing campsites and of course some good Sea food.

I like what the little rain has done to the watercolours!

Cycling for fish

The ride has been tough, the only motivation seems to be the fish food at the next destination.

With good old Prash in Berlin!

Good old Prash was here for a week in Berlin, we met after 10 years, it was simply wonderful to catch up after so many years, singing sessions, working at art markets, showing him my favourite cafes, restaurants, bicycle rides, visiting the studio, a lot of late night talks over whisky and of course sketching. The week went by in a flash. This was long overdue but boy, I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you Prash. Prash is an amazing  travelling watercolour artist and a storyteller.
